This project was created to showcase the beauty of handmade jewellery and support local creators in a fast-paced market. Embracing the 'local for local' spirit, the set was transformed into a vibrant canvas adorned with fresh fruits and vegetables sourced from the nearby market. Each piece was carefully placed, creating a harmonious fusion between nature's beauty and the artisan's meticulous craftsmanship.
Choosing the timeless elegance of analog film, each step of the process embodies the principles of slow fashion. The deliberate construction of each frame, the patient act of pressing the shutter, and the unhurried process of developing and scanning film are all reflections of the thoughtful and deliberate journey inherent in the creation of handcrafted designs. Each stage is important and contributes to the final product. In our visual storytelling, we want to highlight not only the timeless beauty of locally crafted jewellery but also encourage people to rediscover the art and fashion creation processes. We work together to balance creativity and sustainability, appreciating the richness of a story told not only through the final images but also through the mindful journey that led to their creation.
